El funcionamiento es muy sencillo. Se parte de una cantidad inicial de algo, por ejemplo golosinas. cada jugador tiene una cantidad inicial igual a la del resto. cada jugador aporta una "golosina" (o las que se acuerden) a un montón central. Luego, sólo queda tocar la perinola para que comience a girar y tocarla otra vez para hacerla parar. Si se para en "COGE UNO" o "COGE DOS"; el jugador las saca del montón central y las añade al suyo. Si por el contrario se para en "PON UNO" o "PON DOS" el jugador las aportará al montón central de la cantidad que tenga en el suyo."COGE TODO" te hará ganar todo lo que haya en el montón central. "PIERDE TURNO" evita que puedas tirar la próxima vez que te toque.
