I have a galaxy s4 & it worked great until I updated to Windows 10 on my computer. Contacted C.S. & they gave excuses, even blamed cable company. I can view in computer but can no longer view on mobile phone. One is working flawless but the other one is giving me always the no address error. I fixed the IP on the router but still nothing. It was working fine for a long time but then after I updated the app it started again with this error. The major niggle is that the app logs me out so often. It is really annoying. I use another app for the same cameras which does not log out. This app connects quicker also<br /><br />
