You never have to worry that you accidently left the air conditioner on, since you can easily turn it off from outside the house with your smart device. I have new phone and have changed Samsung ID for login to account but can't find where to update this in App if this is what's causing login fail. Works fine in home but it's away from home that I really need it working again.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">:</span> One thing missing. And one mistake. Would be 3 stars if they had added a "Remember password" box. It's so annoying having to type it every time and they force you to set complicated passwords. And it would be 5 stars if they would allow special characters such as "space" so you won't have to change all the passwords on your devices to make this app work. Edit: Thanks to Alan Isherwood below, I've used WPS to go around it.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Graham Thompson:</span> Half works Using a Samsung S3 4G, I can control the unit directly but one of the reasons why I bought a Samsung Air con unit was the ability to set weekly or daily programs via this app. This fails every time and I get a cannot make a reservation error. Samsung's customer service where useless via telephone.
