If I try to download a folder to my Android device's drive 100 times, maybe it will work once, and when it doesn't work, it fails silently so you have no idea what the problem is. I contacted customer service, who told me there were features known not to be "stable" and to wait for the next release, but with the next release as of August 2016, there was no improvement whatsoever.
