At first I encounter sign in problem too. I guess due to 2simcard in my phone. Since I only use tunetalk sim for calling and another sim for data, the app cannot sign me in. Then is just change the sim management setting. Set mobile data to tunetalk first. Reset phone. Tadaaa... then change back the other simcard to mobile data.
