Issa:</span> Great solution, when it works I've been trying to pair and sync notes all day, only worked once and didn't download all of my notes, now it won't connect at all. Really few options on export capabilities. Just jpg and png and few other formats. No vectorial? REALLY? Not possible to edit in app. No color options. No option to work your magic drawings in any external app nor in this one. Gosh the device is so ok. But also not exactly cheap. The companion app MUST DO MUCH MORE! Or it is pointless to buy such Slate! Just buy a capacitive pen and use Autodesk Sketch! FIX IT WACOM! Unfortunately, I need to re-pair the Bamboo Spark every time I want to use it. While the device shows an active connection, the app does not recognize the device until it is repaired. Everything manually synced before the app is repaired with the device is lost. Pairing takes 3-5 minutes every time. Makes the device pretty useless for quick notes.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">JP Merchant:</span> When it works The used to maintain the link for a day or two before needing to re-pair the spark. Not ideal, but not a deal breaker either. After the most recent update, not does the spark not sync but I can't get it to pair with the phone either. Basically rendering the spark an expensive notebook. Updates should improve the quality of the product, not make it less useful.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Holly Hainley:</span> Beware! Total fail. Every single day for 5 days called customer service with no input or resolution. Handwriting to text does not work. Linking between web and tablet app does not work. Able to register product but not purchase premium Edition to solve failed handwriting to text problem. Bluetooth connection drops repeatedly. Pages skip, words are missed, very very disappointed.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Sage Zenol:</span> Afte one week, I could no longer sync with my device. It would connect, but anytime I clicked the button to transfer my writing, the app wouldn't get it. If I were to turn the device off after clicking the button, the app would say, "failed to transfer", so I know the phone is getting some sort of response from the device.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Jackie Lee:</span> Won't sync after the first page - written 10+ pages and nothing is uploading. Reached out to tech support and no word after logging case a week ago, plus messaged on Facebook and someone read it but again no response. So frustrating! Basically it's an expensive notepad with no customer service. Ever time I use this app it keeps saying there's no devise available to connect too, even with my slate sitting right next to my tablet. As noted by many others here, the devices have to be paired and re-paired very often, with no consistency to what the problem seems to be. Tried with both Wacom Bamboo products and multiple Android devices and problem persists. If this app worked as promised, the Bamboo line would be awesome. However, as it is now, it is less than useless, as the frustration it causes make me wish I was still able to return both devices and find another solution.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Bryan Wilson:</span> Ink Space Cannot get the ink to text to work. It worked when I first installed the app now I get an error every time. This was the reason that I purchased the Slate. Now it is just an expensive writing tablet. My wife warned me not to purchase the Slate because of bad reviews. I should have listened. And what's up with needing to use location service for syncing notes? When it works it just works. I am really dissapointed and dont know what happened to the data on my missing pages! How do I get it to transfer into the Inkspace App? It seems to be permamently lost (despite the fact that the product is described as being able to hold 100 pages in memory.) I am not sure why some pages synced and others did not. It would be awesome if it worked but right now I am about to go back to typing into the computer and will have to scan in my note pad pages using a scanner. After many hours of installing, uninstalling, pairing, pairing again and again, I find this system to be unreliable. There are several problems, but in short I have lost pages every single use. My suspicion, as other users report, that the connect drops frequently (always) and the system is not robust enough to self recover. It is for example not possible to rename a page within the app, but the web service needs to be used. Integration with other note services is manual and cumbersome. You purchase the hardware and then find you can't link this to a Wacom ID on the android phone which is a galaxy S7 so a new phone. This results in you not being able to edit text electronically that is written on the notebook and it is not possible to connect to the wacom inkspace account. I fail to understand how this software passes quality control at wacom or at Google.. Google should see these reviews as should Wacom and do something about it. I will be returning the hardware to store and would never purchase a Wacom product again.. Simply terrible.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Stephen Paice:</span> Ink to Text doesn't work. The app is underdeveloped. After this long, it's clear they don't care about really making it better. You can make as much good hardware as you like but if your apps don't allow you to do what's advertised then you're no good. Ink to text does not work on a galaxy s7 edge.
