Select the nature of the medical emergency, & it TALKS you through the procedures step by step. Not only is this GREAT for visually impaired users, or those with literacy & issues, but it will also serve to calmly walk someone through a situation which may have them panicking. It has illustrations, & even links in the app to call 911 if the stress panics the user. They are two totally different heart issues. Someone with a heart attack is typically still awake. So that is first BIG issue with this app. Clearly not checked by anyone medically qualified. Second issue is the CPR shown is the old, pre 2010 standard. Should now be 5 to 6cm at a rate of 100 to 120 compressions a min with 2 rescue breaths after each 30 compressions. You should never attempt to move a body while an electrical current is passing through the body. I have uninstalled this app due to this poor design and behavior and am rating 1 star, because there isn't a 0 star rating available. There are better ways of advertising and monetizing apps or getting a message across than having an app stay open when the user specifically closes it. VERY POOR design and decision by the author.
