With the Portillo’s app, you can order your meal ahead of time and pick it up inside one of our restaurants or in the drive-thru. We’ve made it easy to save your favorite order so you can come back again and again.Get your buns ready for some delicious food! Will it be our classic Chicago-style hot dog or our legendary Italian beef sandwich with home-cooked sweet peppers? Perhaps you’re in the mood for one of our char-grilled burgers or a chopped salad. No matter what you order, finish your meal with a slice of our fresh-baked chocolate cake or a chocolate cake shake. There’s something for everyone at Portillo’s! In 1963, Dick Portillo and his wife Sharon invested their life savings of $1,100 into a hot dog stand called “The Dog House” in Villa Park, IL. The Dog House didn’t have running water or a bathroom. Dick had to run garden hoses from a local business to get the water he needed. The menu was simple – hot dogs, tamales, fries and a coke, all for under 35 cents. Through Dick’s hard work and determination, the Dog House evolved into Portillo’s and has become what it is today.

When I checked out it did not let me enter the coupon code. I called the local restaurant and they were of no help they just said call corporate they didn't know anything. I then asked to cancel my order in which they said they didn't know how to, so I ended up picking up the order. When I got there not only were they rude to me, my order was wrong. I had to show them my on-line order to get it right.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">A Hernandez:</span> It's not useful I still had to wait 15 minutes inside and listen to rude comments while I waited at portillos in Buffalo grove, il. Good user experience...could be better if the option to pay in store was offered. Also when signing up for a membership, it would have been great to have the validation before hitting submit. I have used this app religiously for Portillo's. We all know the worst part about this fantastic place is the wait. I use this no matter what the occasion. Carry out after a long day where cooking isn't an option. Dine in to have a beer? Either way you're in the clear! No line no wait, even if your order number doesn't end in 8. The haters should shake that extra salt on their delicious fries.
