How to install Notification Panel Komponent apk for android

This is for KLWP beginners. This is only a Komponent to use with KLWP.Clicking will open and dismiss selected notification.
Icons are system icons.
A background can be added.
Blank when zero notifications exist.
Does not show full content of notifications.
This is my first publishing of a Komponent.

Notifications showing the first 4 only.Hidden when none are present .
Click will open notification and dismiss it also.
