Connecting to the server is hit or miss. If you download videos from mobile device, files saved with correct date and time. If downloading from desktop, files use a different date time stamp and makes no sense. No way to delete videos when using desktop browser. Often get "server error" messages. I'm using this as a pet camera. Video will stop recording in the middle of pet's activity because her movements are too fast for camera. Circle safe advertising when I dismiss it I do not want to see it again. Please release FW update to remove this annoyance. I will change review at that time. Also has anyone else noticed that all of the responses from Logitech are the same responses. Recent app updates now CONSTANTLY beg you to upgrade at EVERY launch of app or switch between settings/viewing or between cam to cam. If I dismiss it once on each camera it should STAY THAT WAY. As for units. My first one works great. But my second one seems to not hold a charge and its 2 months old. Really tired of supporting LOGITECH and they keep making garbage devices. Latest upgrade stopped the one camera from going online. One works at one house but the other is constantly offline. Please correct this. And now I find it ironic that this camera worked great up until yesterday I was asked to pay for cloud storage or use the free 24 hours of cloud storage. I chose the free storage and now my camera no longer works. This is very upsetting that you offer this then when selected you send some update to cause the camera to no longer work. This is dangerous to take this approach we have entrusted our homes into this company or personal belongings and most importantly our family children etc. This is no way to conduct business. Don't offer free subscription if u want us to purchase a cloud storage say so and with the right price I'm sure we all would happily purchase a minimum subscription. I hope you take the time to respond to my review and fix the aforementioned problems that many of us are having . Also disappointed that there is no customer service telephone number we can call and talk to a tech support and get these issues fixed in real time. Davis:</span> Best thing I did The best thing I did for the Circle was to purchase the Best Buy Service Replacement Plan. It was $20. The Circle was taken back and immediately exchanged with no questions asked. The Best Buy service plan is for 2 years. So the Circle will keep going back to Best Buy. After owning this Logi Ciricle product for nearly 5 months now, I have seen to many "Push Automatic Firmware Updates Interruptions". The devs should update the app so the user has an option to install the Firmware update during service! The alerts are on point the free cloud storage is great. The video quality is awesome. Setup and operating the software is stupid easy. I haven't used the Camera on only it's battery so I have no comment. I also don't have high hopes for any battery only camera.
