It connects to my devices promptly, allows me to customize each device, preforms swiftly without pop ups or other interruptions. I purchased 4 iTags for my kids and set the alert range to "far" and found it will alert both my phone and the tag holder that they are out of range once they reach about 35ft distance. That's when the bluetooth will disconnect. Also, the app with then automatically save their location. Also you can remotely take a picture or video with your phone however my phone the only way the video with show saved is I had to reboot my phone.
