How to setup Forms apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.

Design forms on our web-based form designer, push them to your team's devices, and route responses through to a wide range of data destinations.
The questions you place in your forms support a wide variety of data types:
- text
- numeric
- date/time
- yes/no
- images (answered with the camera)
- location (answered with the GPS)
- select one
- select many
- phone number
- signature
- barcode scanning
- sketching
- look up data via an associated spreadsheet
- (and more)
You can even include validation constraints (prevent the form from being submitted) and include fields that are conditionally visible based on answers already provided earlier in the form.
The app supports offline form completion (no network connectivity available), and saving of partially completed forms so they can be completed at a later time.
With a free account, forms can be submitted from a single device, and delivered via email, or viewed / downloaded from the online database on our website.

I logged in expecting to get spammed and scammed. The site was easy to use and forms set up like a breeze,. They deliver what they offer, everything worked the first time.
