Even when it is not off, the app cannot even update the range accuracy let alone pointing to the correct direction. Need to constantly go to the itag status page and then back to the radar page to check if the range changed. Im using Android 6. May work better on earlier versions of Android. Pretty useless for me though. Having it bleep every 15 mins is unacceptable.
