BubblePix 360 Pano Description

BubblePix lets you take and view 360 degree photos and videos that have been taken with the BubbleScope accessory.
The BubbleScope is an optical accessory that can be attached to your Android phone enabling you to capture, share and enjoy instant 360 panoramic images and videos in a single shot – one in the eye for old style shoot and stitch 360 photography!
Now those with a BubbleScope can capture directly from their phone and everyone can now view and share all the exciting bubbles that people have shared.
Instant 360 degree imaging on a mobile phone is innovative, but what really sets the BubbleScope project apart is its supporting community – what use is it being able to take instant 360 bubbles if you can’t share them? Our BubblePix App lets you preview images before you capture them and there’s no stitching or image processing to slow things down before you can review and share them.

Zane Lyons: Crash After so many hardware delays we finally get the product only for the app to not work at all. Poor effort.

Yoda: Pod not ready I can get the scope part of the app to work, but the pod part crashes every time. Unfortunately, I only have a pod, so it kind of makes the app useless. There have been a lot of crashes just in my experimentation. Crashes when I look up pods I own, when I try and take a pod photo, occasionally if I try and take a scope photo, if I try and look at settings... Signing up for an account was difficult (felt like there was a minimum password length as that seemed to be what let me create the account, but there was no indicator of any problems). Samsung Galaxy Note 2, rooted with CyanogenMod 10.1.

Jonathan Power: Not ready yet (Nexus 5) I have the app and the pod (Nexus 5) and when I create my account it worked but when I even try and create a picture the app crashes, I have had this many time, it's just not ready yet

Ryan Benham: Crashes as soon as I open it.

Thomas Meyers: Very disappointing It works only for still photos but if you wanted still panoramics you could get a much better app with no gimmick lens. For video it cuts off half the footage whether auto or manually calibrated. When the only point of this is for video panoramics, that's just terrible.

Angela Clarke: Camera causes app to crash Can't take any photos because the app closes whenever I try. Paid $100 for the bubble scope and can not even use it. Waste of money!

David Cooper: Good fun A nice app. Still a few bugs but great fun. Really like the way panorarmas are displayed, moving as your phone moves. Would like to know where images are stored on my phone so I can ensure backed up.

Morph: Great little app i love this app, just wish they'd sort out cases and app support for S4 so i can use it with a better camera.

Thomas Englefield: Great idea let down by software Still quality is a little disappointing, I get its taking a 360 in one shot though. I don't know the tech details but maybe you could have option of taking multiple full res stills that only snap a 1/4 of the shot at different angles and then stitch together for better quality? Video playback just does not work on my s3 even with latest version of the app, which is annoying as people like to watch them back as soon as they have been captured. I'm hoping progress will be made with future app revisions.

Cristian I: Expecting better after being disappointed by GoPano App stalls and then completely freezes my s4 when I try viewing a video. Videos don't display properly, just a green image, sound seems to work. I haven't used the app to take pictures (no product for galaxy s4 yet), but the fact it does not work to play other people's videos is not excusable in my view. Still picture quality doesn't seem any better than competing product goPano.

Jose Muñoz: Videos dont work on s3 The software doesnt work for videos. Pictures are meh quality.

Moises Benitez: Galaxy s3 It's not letting me view the videos at all and I'm on android 4.2

Andy Hickie: Bubblepix This can only be described as a complete and utter pile of steaming dog excrement. Oh, sure, the concept is good and the quality of the bubblepod feels ok. However, the software is not up to the task, and crashes on start-up. (Galaxy 3). And here's the rub - I have had the bubblepod for two years, always hoping against hope that the next upgrade would address this issue. But no! One can only really describe the developers behind this garbage charlatans and fraudsters. Avoid like the plague!

Andrew Drake: Could be good if it actually worked

santhosh kasturi: Application is not working It's force closes

Paul Cutler: Awesome Fantastic app
