BOS:311, formerly known as Citizens Connect, is a cutting-edge, full-featured tool for enabling Boston's residents to improve their neighborhoods by reporting issues such as potholes and graffiti.The reports are automatically fed into the City’s work order system so that they can be tracked and assigned to service teams. Users can follow the status of their request, by using a unique tracking number for each case.
Residents can also share their reports with others, or tweet about them with their friends.

<span style="color:red">A Google User:</span> Sweet!<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Dave A:</span> Can't enter new reports No longer able to select "new report" to submit an issue, it keeps coming up as a failure to report even when all fields are filled out. Had to go to my reports to submit last time. Please fix. The app says it has updated reports but nothing shows up. Everything is empty saying no data.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Phil Wheels:</span> Most of these reviews are not correct A lot of people on here saying that they can't use the GPS if they're not at the site of the problem and that's not true if you hit GPS you can drag that little scope an icon and drag it to wherever you want to in the city once you get it to where you wanted in the address comes up correct then you just hit OK at the top of the screen and it registers that address as far as putting pictures in you can get them from the archive you tap on the photo and you say you want to get it from the gallery<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Ishaan Singhal:</span> Should be available on tablet too In compatible with the tablet :-(<br /><br />
