HATFALL is a high-energy game of skill and hat-wearing born from Zero Punctuation, the hit online video series from The Escapist, created by the man behind ZP, Ben 'Yahtzee' Croshaw.When Yahtzee finds that his hat has gone missing there’s only one option: collect as many hats as you possibly can.
Fortunately hats are falling from the sky for no adequately explored reason, ready to be caught by your head. Just make sure you avoid the anvils and refrigerators that are also falling from the sky for no adequately explored reason.
And try not to get confused by all the people who look exactly like you trying to do the same thing.
And watch out for the short-tempered wizard. In short, it's not as easy as it sounds. But to truly master the art of putting on hats, you must acquire them by any means necessary.
Catch them, steal them, embezzle them, and if all else fails, seduce them.
NOTE - Please be aware that due to hardware limitations Hatfall may not run well on lower end devices. Please check your device against the minimum requirement before downloading Hatfall:

This game, solely by itself, is *currently* not worth the asking price(not to mention the additional, optional charge in game that I also bought) in my opinion. I've seen more content provided for free. However, assuming our lovely Yahtzee adds more content in the future, I definitely think this could prove its weight's worth in gold. If you didn't already click buy immediately, I recommend waiting. I want to share some suggestions for future updates, but this is long enough. It just needs more content.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Ulvra Silvershade:</span> Fun and quirky. One of the better time wasters For what the game is and what it tries to be it succeeded. I am not one to really play time wasters, but the quirky humour of this managed to keep me entertained. It's quite easy to end in an unlimited play situation due to triggered bonuses and wizards, not to mention that even though it has ads they are fully optional and rewards you extra hats whether the ad actually loads or not. The only issue I found was the extra content bug, but a quick bit of research fixed that easily at no extra cost.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Drew Colpurs:</span> Generic Mobile Game, Now With 30% More Jokes Hats fall from the sky. You touch the left side of the screen to move left, the right side of the screen to move right. The game increases difficulty by adding multiple objects falling and other characters that look like you. The jokes are pretty good, if not repetitive, and are really the only thing that makes this game stand out. There are "upgrades" you can buy, and I use the term upgrades loosely. Most of them are for aesthetics and humor, though there are some upgrades that trigger fun mini games.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">lewis clatworthy:</span> How long I have waited Since being a gamer for many years I have always wanted that one game, the game I didnt know I wanted till I had it and I didn't know what it was. THIS is that game, sod Call of Duty or Halo, the closest they get to a hat is a fancy high res helmet. This game tho has it all. hats, a movable protagonist and hats. But now my once cordless phone must be plugged in to enable uninterrupted hat catching. Thankyou Yahtzee I look forward to the sequel.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Thomas Fornander:</span> Deeper Than it Should Be The simple act of catching a hat is only the barest part of this game. Keep collecting gifts and the game gets a lot deeper and entertaining! The writing is excellent, as you can expect, and the controls are always solid. Definitely worth a buy.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Varkenarah:</span> Great game! The game is a 5/5 for me. It earns it's 4 star rating from the business model though, I would rather pay a larger price and avoid ads completely. I don't like paying money for an ad supported product, I would like it either ad supported, or purchase supported, not both, as for the consumer it's the worst of both worlds. Fantastic product though, it reeks of yahtzees character and humour and I love it.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Anthony Ferrara:</span> Good but not perfect The hit detection on the hat is a little too small. If you're even a hair off, the hat lands right next to you. Needs the ability to skip the first few hats and get to the exciting part. For now its a bit monotonous, but the nonsequitur humor works really well, and the music is great. Gameplay is original and interesting.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Alex Spinelli:</span> At first I wasn't sure about this game... Now I know that, you know what just buy this game okay. Just stop reading, reach into your pocket and buy this. Don't try to push money into your phone though, that won't work. It's a micro USB not a vending machine. Use your credit card, please.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Andrew McFerrin:</span> When the hats fell, I wept. So there's these hats, what fall down. No false advertising here, me hearties. They fall, you stand under them, you win. Game's pretty insubstantial and peppered with the kind of things people usually complain about other mobile games doing (micro transactions, ad views for in-game currency) but they'll get away with it here because satire. ZPs design aesthetic makes the game easier to spend time with than you'd expect, and snarky asides hijack the game seemingly at random. So yeah, kind of fun.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Shino Puppy:</span> The Movie Was Better I'm not really sure what I expected from one of my favorite creators, but this wasn't it. It's a simple "catch the falling object" game, and it has the Flappy Bird mechanic of unpredictable controls. I don't mind giving him two bucks, but I feel misled.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Brennan Hebert:</span> A little too basic. I was hoping to see something better from Yahtzee, and the poor frame rate hurt my head, I have a great phone, so it's just not optimized. But whatever, it's "funny" just like how deadpools obsession with tacos is funny. Everything isn't even unlocked and they are still asking me to watch ads... After my murderous forest rampage to gather meat for my meat salad, I found out that I had killed a very important financial bear and had to fill his place. Fun gameplay, great music, lots of witty jokes. It's NOT dependent on microtransactions. You are asked whether or not you wanna watch ads. It was actually pretty good and I was happy that I bought it. I rated it four stars though since its a little overpriced in my opinion. However, the replay value is terrible. The game almost immediately loses its charm when you run out of stuff to do, which happens pretty fast. Buy it to support Yahtzee or don't buy it at all. The major game is terrible (trying to figure out what figure is you and which shadow is an actual hat is as luck based as Snakes and Ladders). but I'm trying to figure out whether it was a parody of tablet games. There are some funny bits, but there are some jokes he missed (like including a life timer). There's even a bunch of funny Easter Eggs. Unfortunately the novelty wore off for me after about 2 hours and now it's just a grind with the same lines spouted again and again. Gold desk was stolen and I had to fill out insurance papers. 11/10 would get robbed again. The issue I take with the game is that it has ads in it. For a game that you pay for I feel that it shouldn't have ads.
