I also had a question and they answered it within a timely manner using their texting help Center. I don't have access to my bank of America account because it's not on there for what ever reason but hopefully they will add it. I am using my Facebook credentials for spotify, so I've tried my email with my Facebook password, and also my name that is listed as my username for both Facebook and Spotify plus my Facebook password (old and new as I had just reset my facebook password before trying), but nothing I try works.I was hoping this app could help me keep up with my Spotify payment since I never get a notification that's the payment is due or went through.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Zach Bowman:</span> Takes money As soon as i added my bank info and added my bills to the app it immediately put a payment in pending status. Now my bank account is negative. Also I paid all my bills before they're due, and it ends up not paying it and have to email them my problem. Id rather just go in the bills website and pay it like that. I rated it 4 stars only because I've had a couple issues with them connecting with my USAA, Microsoft and Verizon accounts. With my USAA and Microsoft it tells me it has linked the accounts but later will say theres an issue connecting. For Verizon they keep using my old security question which I don't know the answer to and has been changed several times.
