How to setup THETA+ apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.
THETA+ Description
THETA+ is an app that allows you to easily edit the spherical images shot with RICOH THETA. It enables cropping, switching the view mode, changing the color tone, and other editing operations, and the edited images can be shared easily by posting to social networks such as Instagram or Facebook.- Filters
Select one of ten types of filter to change the color tone of the spherical image.
- Views
The view mode of spherical images can be selected. You can choose from four types of view (mirror ball, little planet, equirectangular, and rectilinear), including the little planet mode in which captured images are reproduced as small planet shapes floating in space.
- Crop
Captured spherical images can be cropped to the desired size.
-Stamps
You can now paste stamps wherever you like on images.
-Text
You can now enter text wherever you like on images.
- Posting
Images can be posted to external apps such as Instagram or Facebook.
- Creating time-lapse videos
Time-lapse videos in which multiple spherical images are taken at fixed intervals and then combined into a movie file can be created. The created time-lapse videos can be viewed as spherical videos in the "RICOH THETA" app.

To cover the nadir (where the tripod goes) with a stamp, you are given a limited number of images; no way to add your own logo or image; the resizing option is highly limited (you simply cannot make it small enough); finally, once you have placed the image, you cannot move or change it because it is underneath the selection area! Saving your changes is counterintuitive (you have to press the share button). At least the crop and tiny planet features works well. Does everything it should do - selecting images, merging them into a video, displays it on screen. But when I try to save it, it says "Failed to save in album". This is incredible. I had coded a Tiny Planet translator, but this exceeds anything I've done. Love the rectilinear and time lapse.
