You can use Satellite Safari to learn more about the International Space Station and many hundreds of other satellites already in orbit. Satellite Safari will tell you where to find them in the sky, when they'll pass overhead, and where they are orbiting over Earth right now.
Satellite Safari can show you the spacecraft that will pass over your location at any given time. You can even get a "bird's eye view" from a satellite itself, and see the Earth from orbit exactly as the satellite sees it!
Satellite Safari updates its satellite orbit data from celestrak.com automatically every day. All satellites include facts and figures computed for your precise GPS location, and updated every second. Many satellites also include descriptions that give you the mission's history, purpose, and more.

The only thing I would like to see different is more accurate modeling of objects. While the app does a nice job with variety of different objects, it often reuses the same visual model for different objects which are obviously not the same. For example a piece of space junk will look like a satellite instead of junk. There are a lot of objects to model so I understand why it's not done, and they did add some variety. I have a Nexus 5 (android 4.4.2), and v1.6.4 of the app. There are several ways to set location - using GPS, using coordinates, using a known list of places, and by placing a marker on Google maps. None of these work on my phone. Without the ability to set my location, this app is useless to me. Moreover, the app crashes half the time when I start it. I have SkySafari Plus on my phone and it works so beautifully. In orbit view you can rotate the POV so you are viewing our place in the universe like an astronaut would.
