Often the login screen is the last step that you will be such on with session resetting often and session expired message sitting even after a new login...

Ankur Nigam: Unable to login to my corporate account. After authorization app throws an error message and logs me out. Account working fine on desktop version of site.

manoj singh: i like that the books are accessible through the app and it makes it quite convenient for daily usage however the ability to increase or decrease the font is the most cumbersome aspect of it. There should be an easier way to implement this so that its more fluid in terms of altering the font sizes for books in app for devices with different screen sizes.

Calvin Cannon: Account Type Not Supported? Epic fail. Apparently my employer's account type isn't supported. Looks like I'm stuck with the web browser.

B Galliart: The primary reason for using the app, the Offline Bookbag, is broken. It produces an error message demanding the book be added to the Bookshelf first. Adding it again to the bookshelf folder produces a notice that it is already part of my subscription. Despite that it just acknowledge it is in my Bookshelf, it still produces the same error for adding a book to the Offline Bookbag. App does not support standard dual finger pinch to zoom to modify font size. Instead, it forces a single finger interface to tap center screen and select the font resize option and then use font small/larger buttons. But after making the user jump through hoops to change the font, it can't be bothered to keep the font when rotating the device 90 degrees. For example, going from landscape to portrait mode causes the font to revert to unreadable size. Even worse, returning from portrait mode to landscape does not restore the user selected font size either. Their single finger multi-step font resize method must be selected again. I recommend using Chrome to access Safari Online Book Classic instead. If you do use this app, I recommend using a screen rotation lock.

Chris Babyak: Account Types Pretty much useless since I have a team account. Says my account type isn't supported (WTF????) and it never remembers what's in the controls if, God forbid!, you switch to another app. When it does work, it's too stupid to remember your login ID or your password. I repeatedly keep login using my credentials but app will reset the session and asks me to login again. This process go on. Useless App for me.

: Issue with font size Whenever I open or return to the app, the font size has reset to a tiny font requiring that I change it up and back down to a comfortable font.

: The usability of this app varies. Prior versions were useless. Then some versions were quite usable. It's back to annoying and barely usable again. Cases in point. Yes, there's a white mode and a black mode. The white mode puts black text on a white page. That works. Black mode puts very slim, white lettering on a black background (the text is too slim to render legibly) and the page margins are ... white. So, it's a kinda sorta black mode. That really isn't usable. As I work my way into a chapter, the page "crawls" to the left. 10 screens in, the text on the left margin is missing the first character or so. 20 screens in, the left-side characters from the NEXT page are showing up in the right margin and the first few characters on the left side are missing. Finally, I subscribe to an RSS feed which tells me about new titles. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any way to have those links open up titles in this app. I end up looking at titles in the browser which, on my phone, is a really poor fit. I can open is app and search for a title, but really? Is it THAT hard to get Android to send the URL to the app and have it determine which title I'm seeking? I don't have time to hit this site on a PC or laptop. It's mobile or nothing. And the mobile access, quite frankly, stinks. For more than $40 / month.

Girish Kumar S N: Unable to log in.
