They have their script and this complaint obviously is not listed, so good luck trying to convince the operator that it's not actually you messing with yourself by cancelling your bookings behind your own back. This app should be removed from the play store - seriously.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Feras Albatch:</span> Do you even read the feedback from users? Many repeated requests for features and also are common and should be addressed! Mainly : the ability to book for a different time (than book now), and remembering the login details, logging in everytime is really ridiculous!<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Mahmoud Fahmawi:</span> Does not work I've tried to ask for taxi using this app two times so far in two different occasions and I had at the end to call. Better just do an agreement with uber to be able to order rta taxi from uber app. This works in San Francisco if you would like to follow an example. Every time I try it from home the app thinks I am in Sharjah even though I live in Dubai. I sent you an email about this bug and you wanted screenshots, etc ... as if my life is dependent on your silly app! Call me RTA and I'll be happy to tell you. In the meantime I'll use my alternative and they use Lexus. I don't have to give them any pickup and dropoff directions or worry about having the right change. Keeps asking for login. No way to exit the app apart from killing it in an Android task manager. Frequently fails to locate a taxi, even when the call centre agents are able to book me a cab. The plus side is that if you try (and fail) to book a taxi twice in a row, the call center will call you back and book a taxi for you. Don't waste your time with this, it was clearly developed by incompetent individuals who do not know how to design an app, there are many questionable design choices such as not being able to tap on the map to set your location. And it also repeatedly puts the marker at the location you're not at forcing you to search for your location manually. As mentioned earlier, the app freezes very commonly but also you're pretty likely to not have a taxi found. Completely unsatisfied.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Mike Dawson:</span> No taxi yet Cannot actually get a taxi: Just tried it now : A booking cancelled itself, then tried to book again, and it said there were no taxis in the area. I can get taxis through the RTA call center. Tried it some weeks ago; tried to book, it cancelled itself after a 2 minute timeout. I can wait more than 2 minutes for a taxi; but unfortunately this app in it's current state is unusable. Whilst telling you it's cancelled your booking sometimes the system lets the request sit there to confuse both you and the taxi drivers.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Rachel Mc Nally:</span> Difficult app and taxis never available This app took a lot of effort to setup and finally get working. Everytime I've tried to use it, however, there are never taxis showing as available. I easily walk out my door to get a taxi instead. Pointless app.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Gaveasky:</span> Listen RTA Since dubai refuses to use the fully functional "easy taxi" app rather than their terribly coded and amateur-looking app, at LEAST make it so that the taxi driver receives our address on the map rather than just by text, otherwise this app is completely pointless because the driver still has to call me 3 times to find out where I am.<br /><br />
