How to setup Recordense Voice Recorder apk for android

Without the option to store recordings on an external card I can not use this app anymore, I literally cannot record anything else, no space. Adding notes back after manual removal looses all tags which is the best/main reason to use this app and what sets it apart from the rest of the crop. We really need some sort of export function if there is no external storage support.
