Using a Sony Xperia Z5.

Ian Haywood: Do the Devs actually use their apps? Date of birth defaults to today and no ability to change year?!! Awful.

Chris B: The date of birth issue, omfg this is just amazing that a company of this size creates something that bad. I'd have to swipe 564 times just go get to my date if birth. HTC M9 so nothing ancient other than me.

caroline whitworth: Never loads Absolutely ridiculous you can't log in 95% of the time!

Robert Williams: It's just so unreliable on log in and detail. What's the point of this app?

Annie: Works well for me and is simple to use.

Helen Stevenson: Does everything you need Has all the functionality you need and nice user interface.

: Registration was quick and easy. I had no problems entering DoB from the calendar.

bob berry: Perfect Works perfectly

craig allen: Terrible app!

Dawn Beckett: Please wait......but for how long? Downloaded & activated the app fine. I was able to view my account & set up a payment option for it. However since set up I've not been able to view anything since. I select open & enter my 6 digit passcode but all I get is the black circle saying please wait which I do but doesn't go further. Disappointing as it seemed a great way to manage your spend I now use the Internet & log in that way the app is a waste of space on my phones memory shame!

Graham Armstrong: No Problems I don't normally rate apps but felt the comments from other users required my own input. I had no issues what so ever installing this app. The registration code arrived within a couple of seconds and after some security questions all was up and running. Have now set up payment direct debit and even provided details for future foreign travel which is a lot more than other credit card apps allow you to do. Can't understand others providing negative comments as the apps worked absolutely fine for me.

Martin Attwood: Did work fine I've been using this app for quite a while without any problems. But in the last few weeks I've noticed that anything that requires entering numbers in separate boxes (e.g. Bank account numbers) doesn't work because you can't move to the next box having completed the first one. Should be so simple. GET IT FIXED PO!

: Just set up seems ok Downloaded and set up very easily. No problems encountered that other people have had. Early days yet but looks OK and has to be better than logging online all the time. Also use barclays apps which are much sleeker but a step in the right direction by the post office allowing easier management of your account

Peter Ridgway: Good but set up a little misleading App works nicely, very useful. When setting up you pick a 6-digit access code to use to log in once app is set up. They then send you a one-off 6-digit activation code. I entered this and it wasn't accepted, but then realised you have to enter your access code first, then the activation code. Maybe others haven't realised this - seems an easy mistake to make!

Shak Ishtiaq: Very disappointed! Just tried to log on with my new credit card...won't even allow me to enter my card number, so a complete and utter waste of time. Don't bother with this app until they've bothered to fix it....seems like that's going to be a rather long time though going by other reviews!

Gavin Wilkinson: No problem I haven't commented or reviewed apps previously, but felt this one needs a bit of support. Required a couple of phone calls to get the security set up, and rightly so perhaps. The app works fine, and has more functionality than other CC apps. Don't be put off by poor reviews, try it for yourself.

Renata Baird: Like this app Seeing some of the poor reviews and low rating I was unsure to download this app. Having a need to set up a direct debit I gave it a go. Initial set up, making a payment, setting up a direct debit was quick, easy and straight forward. Great app

Sarah Monteith: Right. I'm giving this app three stars because once you can get the bloomin' thing working it's actually quite good... 1. The Credit Card page on the Post Office Website directs you to the current account app, not the credit card app. 2. Thank you to all the other people who commented- when you get the activation code, if you've moved away from the app you may have to reenter your passcode first. Check what it's asking for. I entered the wrong one three times and the app crashed, and had to be reinstalled from scratch. 3. Re the long credit card number- keep typing and it will move you through the boxes automatically, which is handy when you come to enter other cards later. 4. Re the lack of 'continue' or 'enter' on the details screen.. I found 'done' on my keypad moved things on. 5. The second time I installed it it took three requests before it texted me the passcode. Persevere and it seems a pretty decent app. But you're right it shouldn't be this hard!!

Mak K: A very poor app I try to add a travel destination only to find it doesn't list my destination in the list of countries. In fact, it only recognises a handful of countries. This is a POST OFFICE app. Do you only deliver mail to a small list of countries? I can see why the rating is so low.

Paul McCarthy: Awkward Gave up trying to register after first attempt to enter my date of birth by scrolling through every month I've lived on the on screen calendar got some what annoying. Surely text input is better. Didn't try a second time.

Matthew Thomas: Never put reviews but... In this case i felt i had to provide an alternative to the 1 and 2 star reviews out there! The app was set up on 30 seconds - i had no problems with codes or set up and just needed my card to hand (and a mobile signal to receive access code) to complete. The app itself is designed beautifully, very well thought out UI - I have an app for barclays, lloyds, halifax, santander and Amex and this is the best. That's saying something! Post Office having the best app...who knew?
