How to setup Police Scanner apk for android

The app WAS running okay and then the next time I started app it wanted me to rate it. If I get feedback on how to make it work that would be great.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Paco Is Desperate!:</span> Bigger cities and counties work fine, good luck trying to get a working frequency for smaller areas Good app, good design, if you live in a big city you will have no problems listening to Center premier departments such as fire police and EMS however if you live in a smaller County in a smaller town good luck trying to find any single frequency that will play and I'm almost certain it's not a frequency or stream problem because I can get the same dreams and frequencies to play on other apps so so I can really say and mean one recommended necessarily but and if you're in a big city that will work just fine<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Damen Blackgrave:</span> Great Doesn't pick up all stations, and a bit slow to load on n't avid at times.
