It just turns your photo to some shade of B&W, and then it's exactly like "paint." The colors are opaque, so if you try to do a pic like the one shown that is all B&W except for the eyes and lips colors standing out, you just end up coloring over your pic. Looks ridiculous. Also, it wouldn't let me exit without giving 5 stars, I had to force close. You should get feedback based on the quality of the app!
