Now when they were going to pick up my phone for repair, I happened to ask about the temporary handset which is stated in the contract. They said I have to separately call and request for it! Nowhere does it say that I have to request for a temporary handset while mine is bring repaired. The contract clearly states that they will provide it at the time of pick up. Now they say it will take 3 days for the handset to come after the request has been made! What am I supposed to do without a phone? There was no indication given that I have to request for the handset. I don't know when my phone is going to be fixed it even if it will be fixed properly.
