Re: the complaints about data: CC makes it very clear that if you plan to stream videos/music then use wifi to save data. So, if you want to stream but don't have wifi access, then this isn't the provider for you. I currently have 4 lines and the 3GB data plan. We all have wifi and make sure our phone is logged into wifi whenever possible. Data is for GPS app use& any urgent need when away from wifi. We've done this for 1yr and have only had 1 bill >$100.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">:</span> After filling in phone number, password, and selecting "auto login", it will usually connect that time, but after that, it will maybe " auto login" 10% of the time. I had avoided the last update for quite a while because of others complaining about the same problem. We have been with them for over 3 years and have been extremely happy. I guess I'm confused if you are unhappy go somewhere else. That is the beauty of their service is that you are not contractually obligated... So if you are unhappy leave. As far as I know this venue is the only place where people tend to be so harsh regarding their service. If you are thinking of trying the service try it if you don't like it go somewhere else. I have been with Verizon and AT&T and compared to their creative billing and spotty service I'll take Consumer Cellular everytime. The "make a payment" button gets cut off at the bottom of my screen and the "email customer service" link does not work.
