How to install Metal (APEX/NOVA/GO/ADW THEME) apk for android

Also you should make themes specially for next launcher. Not a lot of good ones out there. Thank goodness there's a free version of this Metal theme, which I tried and found the themed icons for apps that I'm sure the author never even heard of look just as good. This is totally frustrating when searching for an app. Updates are NOT frequent at all.
