How to setup Flow Theme for CM10 apk for android

- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.

I really miss the old (pre-September 2013) quick settings ribbon icons. Loved the clean minimal look and feel of those blue glowing icons, instead now we have this clunky tile buttons which don't center automatically if you have less than 4 tiles, and they are too big looking for the notification drawer. This theme used to be great, but for some idotic reason the developer started making radical changes. Now the theme has lost all of it's most beautiful features that made it unique. I don't like the background of the settings app, I really wish it was a dark matte black. But hey, I love everything else. Being a theme, whether you like bits of it or not is on a per person basis.
