The solution is not to wipe the database!!! But to migrate properly!. I still have a backup, but can't use it with the new version. Was trying to access history and kept crashing. Noticed update and thought great, they must be rolling out a fix. Suppose my own fault for not checking what's new but history was inaccessible and now is gone. I still like this app but greater care when making changes/updates will make me a believer once again. I love the simplicity of this app and the fact that you don't have to sign up. Distance seems accurate enough, and it saves off all my rides. There are a few things I would like to see to make this the perfect app for me: 1. Always on screen - I would like my screen to stay on when the app is open. I really want to use this as a bike computer alternative. 2. The option for black background to save battery when the screen is on 3. I don't care what my pace in terms of min/mile is. I'd like the option to change the big pace area to speed, and also have an average speed there too. 4. This is actually a problem with the current app; when I leave the app and am not riding (haven't hit start so nothing is being recorded) GPS does NOT turn off. So I have to manually close the app every time I'm done with it for GPS to turn off. That's a pretty serious bug.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Douglas LHommedieu:</span> Not on Samsung Galaxy S5 I installed Exclo as well as a couple of others to see which one was more accurate when I do some cycling. I compared the results to my bike computer as well as heart rate monitor. First of all, I used it one time with pretty bad results - calories were many multiples of what my heart rate monitor showed. And the speed and time seemed off quite a bit (too slow). Then I realized that it didn't pause when the GPS stopped (for when I took a rest). For the second ride, I paused it when I took a break to see if it was more accurate now. I never could figure how to restart it (I'm fairly new with Smartphones, so that could be part of it). Since calories were so inaccurate and I couldn't figure how to restart it, I'm uninstalling it!<br /><br /><span style="color:red">drew buchtel:</span> Looks good but mph is of by 50% Samsung_note3 (Kitkat 4.4.2) I used this and was riding my bike and noticed it said I was going 15.6mph and it didn't seem that fast so I used my car gps app (which has a bike mode) and it showed 9.4mph so I used another app to confirm and also a mechanical speedometer and they all show 9.5mph and this shows over 15mph.
