How to setup Emergency Alert apk for android

Emergency Alert Description
Emergency Alert can be used to immediately alert someone when you are in danger or need help via a few rapid presses of the power/sleep button on your device.You are able to send a text message (including a web link that displays your location) to one or more people, sound an alarm, and (optionally) have the application dial a phone number.
