When I first purchased this app. It came with nothing usually needed to prove purchase or how to activate. But after jumping through a few hoops with customer service-all went SMOOTH! I was forced to give it a star, but in truth, I would give it none. 1. there will be no email confirmation of purchase 2. there will be no instructions 3. there is a 15 minute time limit for refunds 4. the app will be installed on your phone in addition to the old one. you will need to find it. 5. the app does not work because it constantly needs you to "purchase" it, even if you already have. there is no way to "activate" it. 6. it will not show in your "my apps" on the device, nor the website 7. while you are screwing around trying to download, find, activate, figure it out and test sync, the refund time limit (15 minutes) will expire. 8. when I figured out how to request a refund, it asked if I wanted my “review” posted publicly. Even though I said yes, they did not post it.
