<span style="color:red">Eric Iannone:</span> Wow Doesn't work, constant "connection reset" errors. Called support only for them to tell me it's not supported on android....really!? Why the f*** is it on the app store and directions for android use on your website. Baffled by the level and help of the support from the "so called experts". One rep tells me my Brower on my phone isn't supported when I clearly said the issue was with your app. Then the manager says "oh yea, we don't support android"..wow, simply wow..expected better help after spending 400...<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Travis Foudray:</span> Needs work Using the app to study for my exam. This app seems to have trouble saving progress correctly at times, and also crashes sometimes, mainly when finishing a module. That being said, it's still a decent program, and if you're studying for a CompTIA exam it's pretty much invaluable if you only have your mobile device on you.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Ryan Gleason:</span> CompTIA are tricksters. This app is good, but CertMaster will NOT help you pass. CompTIA just wants your money (hence performance based questions/labs are a separate program). I passed 801, but nothing and I mean NOTHING from CertMaster was on my exam. Luckily I had other study materials.. do yourself a favor, save your money and stay far far away from this garbage program.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Chukwudi Moses:</span> Superb Platform I would have given 5 stars because this is an awesome app for self learning, but unfortunately it takes a bit of time to load and move to the next question or page. Modules constantly error, won't continue progress, or won't update progress. Sometimes it works and other times its got problems. I'm trying to study for an exam, not troubleshoot a poorly built application. This makes the certmaster product seem like such a waste when looking at the price and the fact the phone app that is advertised is too buggy to be used by a frequent studier<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Julian Delaney:</span> Crunch time: GO! In a situation where I must review and test in a few days (sec+). I was skeptical, but having taken and passed a few CompTIA exams, I know the content is test appropriate, and that I'll be ready come test time. Went through the entire curriculum 5 times, didn't come close to covering what I needed to know about subnetting. Failed the exam, so after $140.00 investment on certmaster and 277.00 failed exam fee I went and bought a Mike Meyers all in one book like I did for the A+. Shame on me. Now I have to pony up another 277.00 by October 20th to keep my CEU up to date. Starting to feel like a sucker. Do yourself a favor and buy a book.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Jake J. Crenshaw:</span> For those on the go! Whether you have 5 minutes to spare or 5 hours set aside, this app is a fantastic way to review and learn as you expand your knowledge base. I've always got at least 12 five minute segments of my day. I never would have been able to fit in an hour of study each day without this. Epic! It remembers right where you were. So pull it up for 4 - 10 questions at a time at your leisure!<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Mark Graham:</span> Good app The questions have been updated to much more realistic scenarios. Need to explain why answers are right and wrong, and provide background information on new and changed concepts, and source references where readers can find further details.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Geofferey Eakins:</span> Not Cool I paid $139 for the course materials... The app keeps crashing after I complete a section. This started on the 801 exam in hardware section after completing Installing Storage Devices sect 1. This is unacceptable to me. CompTIA course training materials & test are overpriced as it is, I expect a fully functional product especially when I've paid so much.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Mat D:</span> I normally love this app, but it is broken since the update to Android 7.0. The app crashes after you master a course and then loses the data. The content is still usable but very frustrating. Back button is also very glitchy now. The app crashes on some not all modules and didn't record your score. It appears as in progress not yet started. 😕....minus one star. Use book by Darrin Gibson instead. The book gives you the knowledge. This does not. Mods that I have completed don't sync unless you Uninstaller and reinstall the app and even then it's iffy. I have taken one section multiple times on the app it syncs that I have completed it even though the app crashes and it still shows that section as in progress even though I have completed it several times. If I can't rely on the app to work then there is zero benifit in having it. Huge waist of time with this app.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Dennis Lubrin:</span> Works great on a smartphone, not on tablets. On my Nexus 6P, the app runs great! If you want to use it on a tablet, I suggest you just use the Certmaster website. It's a much better experience. It treats tablets like very large phones. As for how well it trains you for the exam... well I guess I'll find out when I take my test.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Marson Johansen:</span> Can Use Improvement App is very smooth and functional, but requires a good data connection to save progress and get new modules. Questions could use adjustment, especially if they're asked twice in a row due to misunderstood concept.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Trevor Metcalf:</span> A little buggy... Randomly started crashing on me. Doesn't register some modules as complete and won't let me re-do them. Worked well for a couple days though. But the app was so slow and sluggish I only used it on my desktop web browser. But I saw they updated it, so I gave it another go. Paid $120 for access to a broken application. Complete garbage and a waste of money. I could not have passed my exams without it. I am also pretty confident that im going to pass my A+ exam also. Make sure you have this in your study arsenal.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Brandon Lee:</span> Great Study Addition I read a book for the A+ and it did not fully cover the 802 section. This tool does a great job of reinforcement and explanation IF it is used along side another tool such as a book that is more structured.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Orvil Ownby:</span> Never loaded course After logging in, app would immediately crash when I clicked on the course. Uninstalled & reinstalled only to get the same results. EXTREMELY disappointed, especially with the amount I paid for these courses.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Bob Bob:</span> Poor App considering it's from the Computing Technology Industry Association So I downloaded the app began using but found that the more I downloaded more modules the more the app crashed, it got so bad to the point that I could not download modules because it would just crash every time I attempted to. As soon as I put my log in info in, and try to sign in, it crashes. I tried uninstalling and re downloading it and nothing works. Would have been nice to be able to use this app since i just paid $250 for the cert master A+. It doesn't even come close to getting you ready for this exam. It totally ignores scenarios and labs altogether and then the same company starts the first part of their exam with nothing but labs and scenarios. Then while on the plane I tried to open them and all that happened was a notification that I wasn't on a network, no matter how many times I clicked cancel. Plus hit "not now" or whatever the wording is now and it still comes up.
