I am on the newest update as of Jan. 6 2017. After installing the app, I open it and get a login screen. After logging in it just goes to a loading screen and stays there. The only way to get back to the login screen is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Even when I turn the phone off and then on again I just get the loading screen when trying to open the app. I am getting the gray android "loading please wait" with the little red circle.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Matt Seal:</span> New update... If anyone gets stuck in the infinite loading loop again, be sure you have the latest version on your PC first (I just made that mistake myself). The HW monitoring seems to be pretty much on point as far as reporting what CAM on the desktop is reading. I checked yesterday and the latest version available online and using the update tool in CAM was "3.2.26 December 23, 2016". I checked today and "3.2.27" was available. Upgraded to this version but I had to uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to get back to the login screen. It seems the iPhone version has a login/logout feature that the google app doesn't have. Increasing my rating due to the speedy response of NZXT support and the fact it now logs in ok.
