I've been through 3 Replacements now and finally figured out the reason is this app it duplicates the phone app which is a system app and it can't be removed without a full factory reset. If you want to get to a human once you've listened to your account information KRIS 6 9 & 0 until you hear Card Services main menu 6 9 0 until you hear press 0 to speak to a representative there's no guaranteed way sometimes 6 will work sometimes 9 that I do manage to get to someone every time eventually. Been with them for 10 years and they have begun to suck they don't deposit right away like they promised they Outsource to the Philippines which does not support American jobs. They are now part of a monopoly via their merger and they take advantage of the poor.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Zeborah Jones:</span> It's sucks. It sucks. It sucks.... Russell Simmons should be smacked for this bullshit ass debit card. To many transaction fees + Customer service sucks and in addition, there are no associated ATM's for the Rush card, therefore you won't get charged with these outrageous ATM fees + the Rush card fee. I regretfully decided to have my federal tax return direct deposited into this account. It exceeded the 9,999.99 limit and though I provided all documentation to prove I am indeed who I say I am ( a customer of theirs for 3 years, as a matter of fact) just for them to deny my funds. No supervisors can ever answer the calls. No corporate HQ just a bunch of overseas agents. I will never use their services again and I recommend you don't either. Is this really worth the hassle? They will let merchants take your money then place it on the customer responsibility to get there money back. They have had lawsuits filed against them, so please do not use this service. I am a hard working man who supports a family and to have my money taken from me shows this service is not to be trusted believe me when I say this RushCard is not to be trusted.
