It is very frustrating when it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Please fix this asap! Old review and this was fixed: Taking to long to be compatible We have a variety of phones and it is still not compatible with the nexus 6 even though the last update says it works with up to 7 inch screens. The main reason we got the device was so I could are our pet away from home but it is impossible! So frustrating!<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Melissa S:</span> Working great! At first we didn't understand why we couldn't get the camera to function on all of our phones. Then I read the support on the website and discovered that Petzi cam can only have one account associated with it. All users need to use this account login info. Each device can log into this one account at separate times. Good features: Camera is a nice wide angle. Sound volume is great. Con: Dispenses too many treats at one time. No on/off switch, so it sparks everytime we plug it in. Good product so far.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Mike A:</span> You get what you pay for I should of sprung for the more expensive model offered by a competitor. Video has obvious stability issues and treat function doesn't always work. These two are treat motivated and hear when Petzi turns on which excites them. Was so fun being in HI and seeing my dogs. When it didn't look like treats were dispensing I was able to speak through the app to ask my sister if treats fully stocked. It is so much fun. I work from home and will turn it on every once and a while just to keep them interested. Doesn't have to be used only when I'm gone. One bad thing is that little Edyta goes up to the Petzi frequently and will stare at it waiting for treats to come out.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Ron Varela:</span> Treat cam Works great, it's fun and the dog loves it. I'm about to return the product I was so excited about this innovative item, but I just downloaded the app.... and my experience is the worst ever. It crashes, it gets stuck, it doesn't load, it blanks out...and so far I haven't even been able to pair my phone with the Petzi cam. Petzi Connect is a huge dissapointment, first we were unable to connect via app, and now the device is not working.
