The app does not stay logged in, one must continue to log in every time you use it. It says server error. Also some buttons do not reconize my touch so when I loaded money i had to go on my computer to do it. It's a complete waste of time. You can't add a new phone number or vehicle. Password has to be incredibly complex.....you know, in case super hackers want to pay for your parking. I'm not able to type in some of the boxes (ex. Where I'm supposed to enter my phone number). Honestly you need to simplify the app. Make account creation a 3 step process - email, lisence plate, payment info. From there you should be able to enter your parking code (the number on the sign where you parked) and pay for time. SIMPLE.
