How to install MyAV Sky Box Remote Wi-Fi/IP apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.
MyAV Sky Box Remote Wi-Fi/IP Details
Unofficial Sky+HD Wi-Fi/IP remote control app. "Sky" is a registered trademark of British Sky Broadcasting.This app can control your UK Sky+HD or SkyHD (Multiscreen) box and a Panasonic, LG, Sony or Samsung smart TV. This app should work on any Android tablet or Phone running ICS (Android 4 and above) and let you access all the functions of the Sky remote control (except TV volume, as a compatible TV is needed).
Your Sky+HD box & TV must be connect to your router AND YOUR ROUTER MUST HAVE uPnP ENABLED... if the app doesn't find your Sky+HD box then please CONTACT US by email or read the instructions on our website.
The Sky Box doesn't have a volume control, the buttons on the remote are for your TV. If you have a compatible Smart TV MyAV will control the volume for it or if your Android device has an IR blaster, then it can be controlled this way. MyAV also supports 3rd party IR blasters like the Orvibo AllOne (£20)
