"
Set within Orlandes City, nobles are being systematically murdered by a ruthless assassin no-one seems able to catch. Finding yourself thrust in the middle of a large conspiracy, you must make decisions that may put yourself and one other most precious to you in great danger. Can you locate the Assassin in Orlandes before it is too late?"
“Tin Man Games has done an admirable job of recreating the experience in an electronic format. The story is top notch, the interface works quite well, and the music really gets you into the atmosphere of Orlandes. This is definitely a title worth taking a look at, especially if you’re familiar with the print version of this type of book.” – iPhone Life

What is a Gamebook Adventure?
Gamebook Adventures is brought together through the efforts of passionate and avid gamebook enthusiasts. If you are familiar with the classic choose your own path style printed gamebooks then Gamebook Adventures will really appeal to you. Our aim is to give those nostalgic readers of old something new and fresh, and bring a new exciting experience to those unfamiliar with gamebooks. If you enjoy fantasy RPGs or adventure games then this is for you!
At their core, all of our gamebooks are compelling adventure stories where you get to choose how the adventure unfolds. Every section of the narrative concludes with choices that you have to make. The choices you make will alter the story, taking you down new paths and giving you new choices.
Occasionally you will be presented with a situation that needs to be resolved with some dice rolling. The gamebook engine lets you throw 3D physics based dice that roll and bounce as if you were tossing them on a tabletop. Roll the dice to resolve combat by pitting your character against a myriad of enemies. Roll the dice to see if you were able to leap the gaping chasm, or pick the shopkeep’s pockets. Roll the dice to see if you won a bet, or caught the plague!
Did you take a wrong turn? Or make some bad dice rolls? Then hopefully you put in a bookmark so that you can go back and try again!

Ali Nayeri: Awesome One of many exceptional game books. The plot of this one is absolutely brilliant and the writer has skillfully used the experiences of the character (you) to create a great sense of said person's personality. It was more than long enough-very satisfying. In fact, it's so good that myself, an avid reader of many different books, would love to read just a story related to the ending of this "game" book. That's how good it was. Aaaaaa, why did it have to end?!

A Google User: Nice Story Well, the game seemed worth the money at first. I use a Sprint HTC EVO 4G. After failing two die rolls when I had 87.5% odds in my favor, I had to quit to collect myself. When I tried to play again, the game does not allow a new game to be played. Touch the book, it opens and closes. Open the options and attempt to start from the beginning, it locks up and I have to take the battery out of my phone. My phone take a good two or three minutes to boot back up again. I want my money back please.

A Google User: Best "Choose-Your-Own-Adventure" since "Lone Wolf" When I was a 4th-grader in 1990, my teacher loaned me a CYOA called "Lone Wolf: Flight From the Dark." I fell in love with the series, and read the entire collection (several times over). Despite a lot of searching, I had never, until now, found another series that came anywhere near that level of awesomeness. This delivers where so many fail, and recommend it to fans of the genre, or to anyone looking for something different. I wanna add that you CAN win Crannog's game. A clue is hidden before his room.

A Google User: Amazing..but bad ending Great, Great game, honesty has to be the best game iv ever played, very good, and no glitches...but come on, what type of ending is that, dont leave the story hanging like that, either make an update for it that continues the story line, or just make a whole new game that begins at the ending of the other game. Im willing to pay, but just do what I said and the game will be amazing. Great job

A Google User: Very good but! Very good game, tons of hours of game time and very well written. Only issue i found when i play it i can shake my device as many times as i want before the dice come to a stop and they will just re-roll. I can get the perfect out come like this all the time what sorta sucks but sometimes people like to cheat?

Francesco Tarasconi: I really enjoyed it! As a lover of old-school gamebooks I definitely liked this app. The story line is interesting and the system offers a framework to save at certain points and avoid rage while still not cheating. The fact that you can quickly move through sections also facilitates further replays.

Scott Sparrow: Needs more choices. The story is good so far and it's put together very well. It brings back the Dungeons and Dragon days although this one is simplified. I gave it only 4/5 stars because there are too many situations where you have a choice of 2-3 directions to move and one of them will be an instant death. A good dungeon master will at least give the player a chance to survive, even though the odds may be stacked against them. I got this on sale for 99c so it was well worth it. I can't imagine paying $5.99 but if the author changed the instant death choices I may change my mind.

A Google User: Very enjoyable This game book is really well presented and will impress RPG players. The sombre Illustrations bring some life into this experience. I the only con I can think of is that it is easy to cheat using the manual dice throw but on the other hand the quick mode is unforgiving. It is also slightly expensive for the game time

M. Singer: Charming Visually appealing graphics and an "RPG" element make this a fun "choose your own adventure" style story. The plot held my attention, as did the descriptors, without being too wordy. Worth the few dollars for a fun diversion. Unlockable achievements add a little to replayability, beyond the fun of finding the alternate paths in the story.

Eric Manktelow: Superb! Was a huge fan of the FF adventure books when I was a nipper now I'm reliving it. Superbly written, great fantasy universe created and beautifully illustrated! I care about the main character and his motivations and unlike the FF books there aren't many if any "Open a door and you die scenarios" the traps and dangers make sense and are well placed and you always have a chance to test your luck to get out of it. I will be buying all of these books!

Jason Martin: Great stories and great fun This is the second of these game books I've bought and I was hooked after the first. Looks like I'll have to buy the rest. The story is compelling and game play is straightforward and doesn't slow down the pace at all. It's recommend this to any RPG or fantasy fan.

A Google User: Great! Fantastic! Reminds me the fighting fantasy series! Good story, gameplay and background music. Only one complain: when we roll the dices, we foresee the result and can shake the phone\\tablet to change it! Is a temptation to cheat. But it's not a great issue... I'll buy the other books too!

Ralf Grisard: Wanted to like it Writing: So-so. Inconsistencies: For example, character draws his dagger, then 2 paragraphs later draws it again without having put it away. Length: Played to end twice in 30 minutes. Maybe I should try it again, but I'm just not interested enough.

A Google User: Great gamę. Its fun and is well worth 3 quid but I've only given it 4 stars because there is no replayability. There are more books to download which I will do but there should be more than just 1 epic ending! :)

Alex Andrews: Feel like a kid again Been a long time since I played these books...that sounded odd but, appropriate. Aside from some typos (and no, I'm not talking the writers are from AU) been a great experience. Will soon own them all!

A Google User: Brilliant! Amazing game. Takes me back to my childhood reading Fighting Fantasy books, and playing Dungeons and Dragons. The quality of the writing and the story is very high. This is a very welcome breath of fresh air from all the carbon copy rubbish games that are appearing on the play store lately. Highly recommended.

A Google User: Excellent This was i was hoping for. From beginning to end i couldn't stop reading it. I loved being able to interact with it and make it MY destiny. Reminded me of DnD. Keep up the great work!

Paolo Di Stefano: Fin! I had a great time playing this game. The text is well written, the dice are fun to roll, and there are few dead-ends. For me, a must play!

A Google User: Its great so far I would like some fluid and controlable animations. I would like the bookmark animation to be as if it is being in a book and look realistic. I would also like the book turning animation to be controlled as it is in google play, if it is possible.

A Google User: Holy crap Bought this during the Black Friday sale and after spending no less than 4 hours getting sucked into this game I bought the rest of them. Amazing!

A Google User: Great Book! This was a great adventure! I read this book over 7 times in one day. If I were you stop reading and get this now and start your own adventure.

Kathleen Roller: All right Don't get me wrong I like it. It is well written and I love the dice rolling. However I would have liked it more if you could choose your gender, instead of having to be a male.

A Google User: Good fun It's good, I've played for an hour or two now. However, it was oddly disappointing when I realized I could cheat on every dice roll - just shake the tablet to reroll the dice if it looks like they're about to settle on bad numbers. It makes it easier to enjoy the story though!

A Google User: Worth it! First app game that was worth every penny. Well written and took me longer than I thought it would to finish.

A Google User: Dali HTC One X Extremely entertaining. I played through twice before I managed to get the proper ending, but now I want to go through it all again!

Corey Richards: Right in the Childhood.. This game book brings back feelings of nostalgia for anyone who played text-rpgs or paperback rpgs... Only complaint was the lack of opportunities to replenish vitality.

A Google User: Very Fun It seems a steal for the price. I thought it'd only be a few pages long, but it kept going for quite some time and had many different possibilities. Glad I bought all of them.

David Vallée: Very well done Just like the good old adventure books of my youth... With less cheating! Will be reading more of these.

Michael Smith: Very enjoyable It's been a long time since I played an adventure book. This was a great way to get back into them.

Brandon Gibbs: Cool but.... Can't beat the 11 pestados puzzle in the tomb. Tried it several times now. Kind of feel like I wasted my money as I see no way to progress. I don't see any skill or logic to the game. It seems like tic tac toe but whoever goes first, loses. Oh well....

A Google User: Impressive Well written. The dice game is fun. High production values. Feels rpg-ish which is a good thing. Classic mode is tough. About two hours long. But there is replay value. One bad thing... I discovered you can shake the dice if they land wrong. Turns dice rolling into a mini-game though.

Mark Heaps: Change of pace Although the price of this app is a little steep it's still a unique and fun game. Nice change of pace and quite entertaining. Good job!

A Google User: Little buggy, but very interesting I had a lot of fun playing this. I also had to remove the battery from my phone several times to reboot it. But the game is a fresh idea and well worth the trouble.

Sam Young: 3/5 Though the story is interesting, the illustrations are excellent and the writing is eloquent, there are a few grammar errors, you can hardly read any of the stats, there aren't enough choices, and I hate the dice rolling, but at least I can shake them.

A Google User: Merciless Fun but hard. I mean REALLY hard. You can make all the right decisions and still get wiped out by a bad roll.

Marcus McDonald: Great! Nothing can match the feeling when you have 1 vitality point and u get that 1up on kari NOTHING!!! First gamebook I've ever done but I'm starting to like the idea of it

A Google User: Very enjoyable I found the story to be well written and engaging. It took me back to my youth and the many gamebooks I owned. Well done!

C.S. Ewens: Awesome! Hey I saw the comment about the eleven pestado puzzle got that first try it's easy! Just take one he'll take 2 you take 3.if you get it to five on his turn you automatically win! Hope that guy sees this

A Google User: Epic adventure! Really good game. I felt the same emotions back in my childhood. Well done developpers.

A Google User: Loved it My first gamebook app. Really liked it. It flowed well, and was challenging but not to hard to beat.
