Installation will take 24-48 business hours. Damage fixing appoint confirmation will take 24-48 hiurs. Carpenter has no details of damage or address. Carpenter will call in morning and expect you to be at home in next 2 hours. Replacement order will take 24-48 hours. Email confirmation doesn't exist. No mail trail of anything. Reverse pickup order will take 24-48 hours. Again carpenter calls to confirm after 48 hours. He has no details of furniture to be packaged. You are expected to explain the dimensions of the furniture to be reverse picked. Carpenter will only pack the material. You need to call back the call centre to order reverse pickup. Confirmation another 24-48 business hours. Packed furniture will remain in your hours for weeks. Reverse pickup courier will call you to confirm the furniture to be picked and again will not have any details of material to be picked up or the adress.Only one person will show up to pickup furnitures that weights 200 kg. Once picked up call back to check on the status. Update no replacement available from fabfurnish vendor. So no replacement only refund. This will happen after 7-10 business days. Absolute waste of time, energy and no product. With money held up by the company. No co-ordination between sales, delivery, carpenter, installation courier guy. My money is still stuck. Unless you enjoy all these do not place order with fabfurnish.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Sonia Ahuja:</span> Please fab furnish solve this problem.
