Dear El Al, go and download either the BA or EasyJet app, or any of the other major airlines, and you will see, after a _one_ time sign in, that they have a very streamlined easy to use app, including the generation of boarding cards that are stored in the phone with no need to print out. All El Al have done here is make a copy of the website in the App with no thought whatsoever into usability or customer experience or what the customer might actually need from an app. The fact that they ask you each time to enter your Matmid number and password or reservation code is pathetic.
