How to install Wear Network Notifier apk for android

Wear Network Notifier Description
App for Android Wear that's very handy when it comes to keeping you up to date on which network your handheld device is on. It will send a notification to your wearable when your handheld changes its network. You will never have to take your phone out of your pocket again to check if you are on Wifi, LTE, EDGE or any other network.Wear notifications for:

When switching networks, a more related background might help know why the notification was received. Wifi could show the wifi bars, cell networks show the cell tower, etc… The notifications do not go away after time and tend to just stay there. It's missing an option to expire after a few seconds. I don't really need to know my phone is connected to mobile data an hour later.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Tunc Gercek:</span> Very useful information I've been looking for an app that could do this on the phone (with no luck), but having the notification on the watch is even better. To improve, a no background option would be ideal. Also if possible timed notifications.
