How to install TXNR for Onkyo AV+BD+TV Remote apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:

TXNR for Onkyo AV+BD+TV Remote Details
MyAV is an unofficial Onkyo AV Receiver Wi-Fi & IR remote control app. Onkyo is a trademark of the Onkyo corporation. This is a free 7 day trial version of the main "Pro" app.Includes the ability to rename, remove and re-order inputs.
MyAV has a DLNA browser as well as an internet radio, USB & Home Media browser
This app can be viewed portrait or landscape (default) and is designed with high resolution graphics for tablets.
Additionally, MyAV can also control a range of other products (whilst still controlling the volume of your Onkyo). Other devices include Blu-ray players, TVs, set-top boxes, cable & sat.
MyAV now supports the control of older non-networked Onkyo AV Receivers using IR (if you have a device that supports IR like a Huawei Honor7, HTC M8/M9 or Samsung S4/S5/S6 Note 3/4 Tab S etc). Alternatively, you can use the Orvibo AllOne, Keene Kira or Global Cache Ethernet to IR blaster.

Be aware that when you run on a phone rather than tablet, there is a screen available that doesn't present all the detail on one screen. I almost ditched this because of that, but after playing around with it found that it does have a usable screen on a phone. Also has an option missing on ONkyo's app: capability to set sleep timer. ONe drawback is that it does not display the timer setting on the app. So, you need to know it starts at 90 minutes, and then drops by 10 min each click of the button. Just pay attention to haw many times you click it. Haven't used long yet. Will add more as time goes on, if I run into other thoughts.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Paul Murnane:</span> Great App Works really well with my TX-NR616, much better in fact than the official Onkyo app which constantly crashes. Running the app on my Galaxy S4 it also controls my Virgin Tivo via the IR blaster.
