TO ALL ANDROID 6 USERS: ACTIVATION OF GEOLOCATION (''LOCATION'' IN THE NOTIFICATION BAR) IS MANDATORY TO CONNECT TO SLEEPCOMPANION.PLEASE UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE NEW VERSION OF THE APP, THEN RESTART YOUR PHONE BEFORE ACTIVATING THE GEOLOCATION.
SleepCompanion is a simple and effective solution developed by Holî to improve sleep and make mornings easier.
The SleepCompanion lightbulb, combined with the app, guarantee that you’ll wake easily after a great night’s rest.
In real terms:
1/ A bright start.
Based on the scientifically-proven benefits of phototherapy, your SleepCompanion light recreates the progressive light of dawn during the 20 minutes that precede your wake-up time. This way, when the alarm starts, your body is ready to awaken so you can start the day right.
2/ Sleep analysis.
SleepCompanion’s application has built-in sensors to collect data concerning the quality of your sleep and your sleeping environment (temperature, light and noise pollution). This will enable you to understand the factors that affect your sleep and to benefit from long-term monitoring, as well as personalized advice to help you make the most of your night.
3/ Sleep easy.
Start the integrated relaxation program when you’re ready to go to bed: breathe in time with light and allow yourself to drift asleep.
4/ Light management.
Choose one of three moods from our color palette and play with the light’s intensity in order to create the perfect ambiance for your bedroom.
