On the 4th paid for rental, I was informed upon arrival that I cannot rent an Audi A3 (the same car I rented the past 3 times) with a Visa debit card. If that's your new policy then don't take my $400 on your website with my debit card! Will never rent from you again. All booking info in the app and great that you have pictures of all existing damages and can check them before driving off. However I could not be more wrong. The confirmation email link was wrong...twice "address not understood". And the Helpline is a 0844 number so they are not actively encouraging you to seek help.
