The web dashboard seems straightforward and clear. Made a template. The 1st document went out ok and got signed ok. Made 2 more copies from the same template with varying information, but the recipient could not load the subsequent forms on her app. I could not see the subsequent forms on my own app either. My colleague then went back and tapped on the email notification to open the form and tapped on the form to fill out the details - a message came up saying please sign it on the web. Why would one want to do that if it is opened in the app. The whole USP of this app is the ability to sign name on the app while on the move so in my view this is extremely poor and defeat the purpose of this app plus there was no help.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Ana H:</span> iOS version is much better, why?? I bought the full version on iOS and it worked great. Now that I've switched to droid, it's like they haven't even tried to make this app useful. Droid version is very ugly and lacks all the features for sending for signature. Without this, any other app is just as good. I have put in 5 requests for them to fix my account for which they have charged my credit card 3 times in the same month. No-one seems to know what's going on and I can't get ahold of someone when I call their number. Their email/ticket system is a joke a well. I like the product but really dislike the customer service!
