Stop smoking is the best decision to kick this habit and this process is very stressful because it changes your daily routines. We’re all aware of bad things that cigarettes are causing, and if you decided to stop smoking - this is application for you to become smoke free.
Quit smoking slowly application can be your truly companion in process of quit smoking - it can help you slowly reduce the amount of cigarettes per day, keep your cessation stress, nicotine cravings in normal and let you body adapt to less cigarettes daily, until you completely stop smoking. This way can let you accommodate with non-smoker life again, what you used to be, before you began smoking.. But the most important thing is your willingness to stop smoking and if you have it- install this application and use it.
Enjoy easier breathing by no smoking
How it works?
For example, if you smoke 20 cigarettes a day, that means that you smoke a cigarette approximately every 42 minutes (with hypothesis that you sleep 8 hours a day). After that it will calculate how much you need to extend that period over a time to stop smoking in desired time. After setting initial parameters, hit the green screen when you smoke the cigarette.
When screen is green, you can smoke. Enough of time has passed from the last cigarette. Click to record you smoked and wait for the screen to go green again.
When screen is red, you should not smoke. Try with Tips if it’s hard. If you didn't make it - tap and hold the red screen for 3 seconds. Try harder next period, and don’t break the maximum amount of cigarettes for the day.
Why should you try this method?
Smoking is a habit. Quitting smoking it’s not very simple, but we’re all aware of the fact that we should go no smoking way. This app provides method that is different from just saying I won’t smoke anymore, because that’s really hard. Reduction of nicotine, and stress from no smoking are here coming in small doses.
Hypothesis here is that with this smaller portions of nicotine turkey and need for cigarette it is easier to adapt on life without cigarette and then completely quit smoking.
Remember: willingness to quit smoking is most important. Take those small amounts of nicotine stress and habit change every day and his app will help you to adapt on non-smoking life. You can do it! :-)

Now I find myself not noticing the time has passed and I am "allowed" to smoke. Wasn't sure this (or any app) could actually help me but this one has, and I've tried many. Give it a shot, if it doesn't work for you, what have you lost?

Joel Longalong: Since the most recent update, i lost my data, cant even restart or setup anything. Add button is prone to accidental adding instead of the better long press. Notification is not appearing. Suddenly too may bugs and not as user friendly as before. Sad to say, wish i hadnt updated.

heaven lee: It was good for awhile till the new updated reset everything. now I can't see how much I saved and how far I've gone. Anyways get it fixed and maybe I'll install it again.

Karen Nefdt: I love this app. Dropped from 25 per day to 15. I liked the new addition which showed where you smoked before you were supposed to. But I see they have now rolled back to the old version.

Danielle Stanko: First day went great so I'll keep it posted on my progress weekly.

Shane Priestman: Great until the update

Naomi Young: quit smoking helped 2of my relatives

donna smith: great app

Hamed Najandali: New update is awful. Lost previous data. Tap for smoke in notification bar doesn't work properly. It's not just a click you have to do lots of process for recording a smoke. Going to uninstall very soob

Chris Drake: Really happy with the app and its features. Lost data when it updated but I was only 3 days in and made the adjustments.

Julie Coots: Was really happy before you updated and lost days of info and effort. Feels like I was sabotaged.

Diane C: Was working fine until your update today. Lost all my info for the past month & a half. Couldn't restore my data saved... 😞

Trish C: Smoke free Absolutely awesome app. Sometimes it's tough to stick to it but so far I've been able to do it and it works. I would like to be able to set it for the time I actually get up and go to bed instead of having the timer start at the time I install the app. I've smoked 15 today instead of my average of 3o and mostly haven't missed them. I always smoke more first thing in the morning and I just have to ignore the timer. But then the rest of the day if I don't hear the timer I'll go over by quite a bit.

David Karl Davidsson: this is an awesome app and works well, but i am having a problem, on day 3 the widget goes all scramble on me and i end up restarting everything and start as i am on day one all over again. when that is fixed, my 5th star comes in this is Really good and easy to use for quit smoking app just two clicks and youre smoke is logged. but i really like to use the widget, please take a look and see if you can fix this Thank you

Linda Leigh: Only 1 day 1st day (thus the 3 stars). I've already fallen off course, but what I like so far is that when you press to smoke it gives you alittle pop up saying it's only a few more minutes, wait or smoke. If you hit smoke then it gives you "try harder next time". Ok, so it's a great thing to make you THINK about smoking that next one. What I'd like to see is just a little more words of encouragement along with "try harder next time". The plan set for me is not unrealistic, which I also like. Will re-rate later.

Marcy T: Great app but needs option to set your daily hours. I really like that this app allows you to input how many cigarettes you start out smoking a day when you first begin and how many days you want to reach your goal. I also like that the app has the notification option in settings to let you know when you can smoke. I even downloaded a notification sound to use with this app that says "It's a smoke break"! The only thing the app lacks is the ability to set when your days starts and ends instead of each day starting at 12am.

Pete JC: Good, but a few problems. I'm a insomniac, and often have 4-6 hours sleep. Often, the timer doesn't work. It will tell you to wait 12 hours, not the required interval. Fix so the propper interval is displayed no matter how long I've been awake for. I want the correct interval, and not to have to guess. Oh, the $#!& is funny, but the "U smoked half your smokes for the day" is stressfull when starting out, not informative or funny. Also, the app has response time issues. But it is kinda funny when it says wait -23 minutes or smoke!

Zuriñe Barrere: Effective so far On my third day now, and it's already helped me cut my smoking to half. I've tried to go cold turkey before and I couldn't. I'd get antsy and fall back, and that decreased my confidence. But now I feel my control is getting stronger, and it's easy for me to follow the plan. So really good concept. Simple but effective.

Megan Lipscombe: Stick to it I tried to quit for years every day getting up saying today's a new day I will not smoke today and by noon I had alredy had one and said screw it I'll try again tomorrow. At some point I could see that was not the way and I had also realized I was at a pack a day. So my inital goal was to cut back to a few 2-3 a day then it would be easier to quit. Anyways I set up the app and stuck to it. Following when it said I could smoke and at the end of my 2 weeks I was done. It has now been 152 days. Smoke free =)

Amber Clark: It worked for me! I found it way more helpful than Cold Turkey. It gets you moving towards your goal. I found it very user friendly. I like that it builds you up to you official quit date, not like other apps that just track how long you have been smoke free then you feel like a failure when you have to rest your start date. Its free..... TRY IT!!!

Hannah van Kleef: Great for Quitting I like this app because it HELPS you quit, not like others where you say "I quit today" and that's it. I do not use it with the wearable application. I would like to see an option to have the time between smokes adjust itself for the allowed cigarettes left in a day if you smoke more/before the allowed to smoke time, and an option to change the start time for your day.

Kane Lutrey: Great app that's really helping me cut back on smoking, slowly (basically training you too go for longer intervals between cigs). My only complaint is that if you change any settings, it puts you back to your start date, effectively making you start again. So don't touch those once you've started. Otherwise, love the app.

Nynke Schaafsma: Basic but effective I like the idea, but could need some updates like choosing when your day starts and ends. For instance, I start my day at 1pm and end it at 3am. This messes up my day process. Next I sometimes forget to use the app when I smoke, so I'd love to be able to edit the amount I've smoked in a day on the next day so the amount saved is more accurate.

Daniel de Segovia Gross: Time will tell, but clever approach I'm on day 6 of 100 so who knows how it will go, but the premise and implementation are both great. Minimalist interface, but requires focus - if you "forget" to log a cigarette the whole system fails. It's up to you! The app is a great help *if* you're serious about quitting or cutting down.

Mike W: One of the best apps I have used for anything. It is very straight forward. This app does work on you being honest also. I drive for a living. At times I have too much time on my hands and would grab a cigarette. The how many hours a day part can be confusing. I do wish it had a button to push for going to bed. If you use this app honestly, you will be able to quit smoking. Coming from being a 20 year smoker. Has great features that will make you think.

Alexis Fudge: This app is absolutely wonderful. A lot of the apps out there to quit smoking want you to do it cold turkey. Not this one. This app let's you do it at your own pace, which is something I've been looking for in an app for a very long time. It has helped me a great deal, and I hope it can help others in the future.

Wyatt Madrox: This app is phenomenal. I've often thought that if I could set a series of alarms or something to gradually cut back it would be the easiest way to kick the habit, but I was just always too lazy to formulate it. This does all of that for you. I really think that this is going to be the tool that helps me break free:)

Sara Waterson: Good but need more options It's a really good app but I would like to be able to edit it so if I don't use my smoke time I can. Because I work in an office and won't be able to smoke every time it says to. So it says I smoked but I didn't and I would like to edit it. And my days and nights are messed up because sometimes I'm up longer than the normal. Please edit it so we can cancel smoke time. And add a button for awake and asleep.
