How to setup Purple Glow Icon Theme apk for android

Purple Glow Icon Theme Description
Icon pack for Apex launcher, ADW/ADW EX lsuncher, and NOVA launcher.This app does not "open" it is applied through your launcher replacement settings.
Included in this theme are 70+ custom icons, although all apps will be themed to some extent, as well as four simple wallpapers as well. As I progress, I will be adding more icons and hopefully custom wallpapers.
The general theme is a medium grey with purple glowing icons.
