I tried a bunch of other barcode scanner apps and this was the only free one that ever worked for me, and it worked maybe 70% of the time. The item I was scanning had to be perfectly still, and well lit for it to work and for the times it didn't work I could always just type in the barcode number. The app itself is simple and fine, and it was nice that it displays the price of the scanned item at online stores like amazon and other retail places, similar to Google's shopping results. Just be aware that the prices shown for the retail stores are their website's prices which are different than their in-store prices. I have a new Tracfone phone now which does have auto-focus so I'll spend some time testing these barcode scanning apps all over again.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">roger buell:</span> Using it on my LG G2 I use it for my eBay store I sell a lot of make-up and it PERFECT my customers can check my list anytime for updated list and they can pick what they want and make there own list from it and I can pull the order and post it.
