I suspect its down to server load, and too many people querying the system. Outside of that, it works fine. It cannot find your location. It doesnt know about postcodes or street names or places of interest even if your spell it exactly how they spell it. I tried to plan a simple journey starting at 6am and the results were all in the afternoon. Pretty pointless. Though I've noticed if you're outdoors and leave WiFi switched on and phone tries to connect to weak free hot spot it won't work.
